1. No Refunds for Monthly Purchases
At SalesInt.ai, we provide immediate access to our AI revenue intelligence tools upon successful billing. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments once they have been processed.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. However, please note that cancellations are effective starting from the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining period of your current monthly subscription.
3. Current Month Billing
Since our service model involves immediate allocation of AI resources and data processing capabilities upon billing, the current month's charges are considered final and non-refundable.
4. Future Charges
Once a cancellation request is processed, no further charges will be made to your account. You will continue to have full access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In extremely rare cases, such as technical failures that prevent service delivery for an extended period, we may issue credits or refunds at our sole discretion. Please contact support@salesint.ai for such inquiries.
