We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone number, business details when you register or connect accounts), information collected automatically (usage data, IP address, browser type, pages visited), and information from third-party services you connect to SalesInt.ai, including WhatsApp Business accounts, Meta Business accounts, and messaging data from conversations processed through our platform.

3. WhatsApp & Meta Data

When you connect your WhatsApp Business account via Meta's Embedded Signup, we receive and store your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, business name, and access tokens necessary to send and receive messages on your behalf. Message content processed through our AI is used solely to generate automated replies and capture lead information for your business. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Service, process WhatsApp messages and generate AI-powered replies, capture and score leads on your behalf, send transactional emails and product updates, improve our algorithms and platform features, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your customers' WhatsApp message content to train our general AI models.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors to deliver the Service: Meta Platforms Inc. (WhatsApp Business API), OpenAI (AI language model for generating replies), Neon / PostgreSQL (database hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Razorpay (payment processing). Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation and message data is retained for up to 12 months by default, after which it is purged from active storage. You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@salesint.ai. Upon account termination, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of access tokens, and access controls limiting who can view your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you; withdraw consent for processing; request data portability; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
